How does the placement of your spa work?
Six steps, from site survey to water test. You never have to chase the electrician, the crane firm and the engineer. We do that for you.
Garden survey
We come by, look at the access route and the ground, and talk through where the spa will go. If a permit is in doubt, we check with your municipality whether permit-free placement is possible. Where needed, we support you with the application.
Foundation check
We assess whether your paving, terrace or concrete can carry the weight of a filled spa. If reinforcement is needed, we tell you up front.
Electrical connection
We provide installation specifications. A qualified electrician checks the distribution board, circuit and cabling before installation.
Crane planning
If the gate is too narrow, we bring in a crane. The crane type and the cost go in the quote up front, not on the invoice afterwards.
Placement & first fill
On the day itself we set the spa in place, connect it to the prepared supply and fill it. We stay until every system is running.
Water balance & walk-through
We test and treat the water and explain the controls. Your file holds the serial number, water readings and foundation photo.
Responsibilities
This is on you, this is on us.
We arrange the crane and coordinate with the installer. You prepare the garden and water connection up to the spa.
No regular electrician, or no contractor for the foundation? We will give you the names of parties we work with ourselves. You make your arrangements with them directly.
